Noelle Amann

Noelle Amann

Founder, President and Director

Noelle is an entrepreneur, web marketer and speaker in the career services space as well as a foster mom. Her background is in customer service and executive recruiting. Noelle has worked in the crisis pregnancy intervention and women’s health advocacy space since 2012 – as a Co-Worker with the Sisters of Life and also as a trained sidewalk counselor. In 2016 she started the Stamford chapter of Sidewalk Advocates for Life in order to recruit and train sidewalk counselors and expand the local crisis pregnancy ministry. She was a co-recipient of the 2017 Father Benedict Groeschel Life Award from Good Counsel Homes. Noelle has a B.A. in Communications from Franciscan University of Steubenville and an MBA from Hult International Business School in London.

Sal Costantino

Sal Costantino

Board Member

Sal is a management consultant and former treasurer of two publicly-traded companies. More recently, he was the CFO of a private equity-owned regional transportation company. Sal has been active in the crisis pregnancy intervention and women’s health advocacy space having been Board Chairman of Birthright in Stamford, a dedicated participant in 40 Days For Life locally, a co-leader of Sidewalk Advocates for Life in Stamford and a Board Member of Good Counsel Homes. He was a co-recipient of the 2017 Father Benedict Groeschel Life Award from Good Counsel Homes. Sal earned a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern.

Janie Nneji

Operations Manager | Community Engagement Coordinator

Janie Nneji is a strategic operations leader and community engagement coordinator with over 20 years of experience across for-profit and non-profit sectors. She specializes in implementing efficient systems, improving team experiences, and aligning people with mission-driven goals. With degrees from Northwestern University (Engineering) and Columbia Business School (MBA), she brings a thoughtful, innovative approach to program development and stakeholder collaboration. Janie recently served as Implementation Director for Luminous Women’s Health and Wellness and currently serves on the board of Foundations in Faith. She is passionate about creating value, facilitating change, and solving complex problems across industries and communities. An active member of St. Mary Parish in Ridgefield, Janie is a convert to Catholicism and a graduate of the Education for Parish Service program. Her parish involvement includes roles as a catechist, Hospitality & Welcome Ministry Coordinator, and Faith Formation Lead, as well as ongoing service as a greeter, reader, and ministry leader.
Katie Vidmar, MTS

Katie Vidmar, MTS

Advisory Board

Katie E. Vidmar, MTS is a Body Literacy and Fertility Awareness Educator, and a passionate advocate for bringing holistic women’s health to underserved and under-resourced populations.  She is the creator of Elevate, a training program for healthcare professionals designed to address health disparities through shallow-entry approaches to Body Literacy, Cycle Tracking, Fertility Awareness, and creating avenues toward root-cause healing for menstrual health problems in community health settings.  She is the founder of the forthcoming Body Literacy Project (September 2025) which aims to ensure that every young man and woman in our country receives the knowledge of their bodies that is their birthright, and currently serves as Director of Programs for Natural Womanhood.  She writes and speaks nationally, advocating for Body Literacy Education and Cycle-Informed Healthcare for Women. She lives in Bismarck, ND with her husband and family.

Sister Magdalene Teresa ministers to expectant mothers in the Sisters of Life Visitation Mission. Located in New York City, the mission provides emotional support, moral and career guidance, and a judgment-free space to expectant mothers.

Tom Amann

Tom is a software business development executive and active women’s health advocate in the greater NYC area. Since 2016 Tom has been a Co-Worker with the Sisters of Life, providing support for pregnant women in need. Tom was a co- recipient of the 2017 Father Benedict Groeschel Life Award from Good Counsel Homes.

Dr. James Finnerty, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Finnerty is a primary care physician, board certified in internal medicine, who has been practicing medicine in Bethel, CT for 26 years. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University then Georgetown Medical School and came to this region after practicing medicine for 7 years in the US Navy, which included a role as a diving medical officer serving US Navy divers. After practicing with a large multispecialty internal medicine group during his first six years in the region, he started his own practice in 1992 and reopened his practice in Bethel, CT in 1993. The practice merged with ProHealth, a large Connecticut-wide primary care medical group, in order to better serve his patients’ needs.

Dede Chism is the co-founder and Executive Director of Bella Natural Women’s Care and Family Wellness in Denver, CO. Her passion for women and their dignity led her to a career in nursing. She earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialty as a Perinatal Nurse Practitioner from Regis University in Denver, CO. Dede has worked as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in high-risk pregnancies for over 22 years. Dede is a founding member of the National Consortium of Pro Women’s Healthcare Centers, creating standards for pro-life clinics across the country. She serves as a consultant to multiple groups across the country desiring to replicate the Bella model.

Msgr. Thomas Powers

Msgr. Thomas Powers

Advisory Board Member

Msgr. Thomas Powers is the 24th rector of the Pontifical North American College. Formerly vicar general and moderator of the curia of the Diocese of Bridgeport, Msgr. Powers holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a minor in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. After college he worked as a financial consultant with Anderson Consulting in New York. Msgr. Powers was ordained a priest in 1997 for the Diocese of Bridgeport. In 2005 he was sent to Rome to serve in the Vatican’s Congregation of Bishops, during which time he served as an adjunct spiritual director for the seminarians at the North American College. He served as liaison to the Bishop for Project Beloved from 2017 – 2022 and has always been a strong supporter of the Project.
