Reporting to the Executive Director, this critical team member will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting clients, check-ins, appointment scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks essential to the center’s success. “Jack/Jill of all trades” with pleasant demeanor and can-do proactive attitude.

Qualifications include a commitment to our mission, excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office and Excel), and ability to learn center-related software and systems.
